How is the Container Store Like Real Estate?
First time I ever went into the world renowned Container Store I became overwhelmed by all the choices to buy...hmm, a little like a kid in the candy store that is called real estate. First, you need to get acclimated to the 
choices and great assistance is there for those who need it by the associates. Then just go up and down the aisles to take it all in. It is so exhausting!! It was just not me either. My friend said that also.
But we figured we would go home measure our drawers, cupboards, closets, etc. and come back with a good plan to buy here. Now would that make more sense if you are buying in real estate?! Why do people call up the listing agent when they see a home on Z or T because they have to see it. How important it is to have a better idea if a home fits your needs and budget...of course you would know how much you can afford to buy, right? So many do not and are enabled to buy 'stuff' by their credit cards to buy, buy, buy. In RI real estate it is a good mortgage lender that says What you can buy, buy, buy...so do know it first.
I can not wait to go back to the Container Store to organize better with a set plan and budget in mind. Do the same in your real estate life. Work with a real estate agent that just does not show your homes but has your plan in hand for the future and will help you achieve it. Then go back and check out the Container Store too.
