Many times, you will hear me tell my clients that the most difficult part of my job is actually working with other agents. Some agents are just clueless and I wonder how they managed to pass the real estate exam. Their work ethics are marginal and their response time is just plain ridiculous.
However, every once in a while, I am lucky enough to work with one of the good ones!
Such was the case with a transaction I just closed on Friday as a Buyer's Agent and Bob Schenkenberger was the Listing Agent.
Bob Schenkenberger, Broker/Owner of Colorado Realty Professionals was a pleasure to work with.
Many of you may be wondering why I am writing about my competition. It's simple. When someone goes above and beyond and makes my life better, I like to share my experience. Its OK that Bob is my competition. There is plenty of real estate to go around in the Denver Metro Area.
I do think he should consider maybe shortening his last name to Schenk, but other than that, Bob is a great guy to have on the other side of the table.
Thank you Bob for restoring my faith in my colleagues. I will try to have an optimistic attitude with my future deals and hope that others have your professionalism and work ethic.
