We continue to see higher prices on home prices in Highland Beach and don’t expect things to slow down anytime soon. Closed sales show a decreasee in single family homes and an increase in condos, villas and townhomes. If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a house in Highland Beach, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.
