Saw this article in the South Florida Business Journal and wanted to share you since millennials are the largest segment of the U.S. population and are the key driver of all home sales for the foreseeable future.

It is no secret how prevalent mobile search has become with millennials. They've grown up with technology at their fingertips.

It's in their DNA.

However, many advertisers have not effectively adjusted their marketing to address the wants, needs and behaviors of our next generation of leaders.

It's not in their DNA!

Data such as presented in this SunTrust survey can help you more effectively structure your sales funnel and processes to meet the mindset of millennials.

Adapt or die. Isn't that what they say?

Remember, millennials witnessed their parents struggle during the GReat Recession. They experienced foreclosure, bankruptcy, moving, job loss.

They've been traumatized.

Their slowness to buy homes is a direct result of their very personal experience.

Rent rates are rising.

As a result, the math just makes sense for them to get curious about owning. Plus, millennials are making babies so they have more reason to want a home versus renting an apartment.

I found it especially interesting that this SunTrust survey was conducted via mobile devices. They know how to reach their target audience!

Maybe you should follow suit?
