Home Prices in Mission Viejo

This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.5 percent, for new homes down 6.2 percent and for resale condos up 7.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 0.5 percent and up1.3 percent on condos and up 54.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.4 percent and the sales volume is down 5.3 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 4.5 percent and the sales volume is up 21.8 percent.
- Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 3.8 percent and the sales volume is down 4.0 percent.
- Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 3.2 percent and the sales volume is up 2.6 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 15.3 percent and the sales volume down 3.6 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 2.3 percent and the sales volume is up 88.9 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 12.0 percent and the sales volume is up 13.0 percent.
Look at the shift back in San Clemente again. Sales volume is way up in San Clemente look at 92673. Well lets see how this all plays out.
