Another Foreclosure Trash Out by JUNK EVICTION (TM)

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with JUNK EVICTION

another foreclosure before-junk eviction

This property will be known as the Roach & Cat house forever and ever.  What you are seeing in the above pic is only a segment of the back yard.  I wish I had taken photos to show you the 500-600 baby roaches that we saw walking and and crawling on everything "inside" the house.  Needless to say that we couldn't avoid the occassional roach on us!

Now, the live and the dead roaches were certainly disgusting, but the real grossness was the littler box and cat smell and messes throughout the house.  I am not kncking how people live, but the Realtor informed me that the people had "just" moved out.  I am convinced that the roaches didn't just move in.  As I like to say....junk doesn't pay you rent BUT NEITHER DO THE ROACHES!

OK, so our trash out and clean out services (or our term JUNK EVICTION) included ripping out the cat urine stained carpeting and the endless amounts of cat smelling junk.  This outside junk was welcome sign away from the cat mess.

I guess it's safe to say we've seen it all.

Yukkkkkkkkk... The roach thing is so disgusting!  I couldn't do what you do.  I've never heard of such a service.  What a great idea!  I only wish you offered services in my area.  I have tenants moving out next month and have a feeling I may need some help. I'm curious too how much you charge for your services.  Obviously, I guess it depends on the circumstances.

If you know of any referrals in the Palmdale, California, pleeeeeease let me know.  Thanks!

P.S.  JUST CHECKED OUT YOUR SITE... Great music! LOL

One thing our firm was not ready for was feces. Many angry homeownerss and/or tenants spread feces everywhere. You have to have a strong stomach -- and lot of bleach -- to enter this biz cuz you never know what you're going to find when you enter a property.

What do you need to do to get started ie., LLC, or corp with state, insurance, liability. Do you have to repair or replace walls, sinks, fixtures, etc. or hire them out.  Do you just add that to a flat fee, and give to bank, or do they give you a budget.  Does realtor or bank pay you?

Ashley:

To start a business cleaning foreclosures, you need to be licensed and insured to get work from realtors and banks. I've written a few articles about the foreclosure cleanup business (eg, how to start, advice on pricing, things you need to konw, etc.). Check them out at the following links. Good luck if you decide to get in this biz. It's hard work, but worth it if you want to work for yourself.

I have used the realtors on www.foreclosuresUS.com to get my business.

I charge $1,500 a house.

The realtors have been very helpful.
