Another Foreclosure Trash Out by JUNK EVICTION (TM)

Thanks for your blog.  I have a foreclosure trash out service in St. Louis and do foreclosure maintenance work as well.  I am learning a ton from your blog.  Thanks.

One thing our firm was not ready for was feces. Many angry homeownerss and/or tenants spread feces everywhere. You have to have a strong stomach -- and lot of bleach -- to enter this biz cuz you never know what you're going to find when you enter a property.

What do you need to do to get started ie., LLC, or corp with state, insurance, liability. Do you have to repair or replace walls, sinks, fixtures, etc. or hire them out.  Do you just add that to a flat fee, and give to bank, or do they give you a budget.  Does realtor or bank pay you?

To start a business cleaning foreclosures, you need to be licensed and insured to get work from realtors and banks.
