The median price is trending in a positive direction very slowly for all quartiles except the top quartile which shows a peak.
Inventory
The inventory hit bottom at the beginning of July. Since then, it had been slowly rising over all quartiles. Currently, the market has 6 less homes in inventory and moving downward
Days On Market
The Cornville AZ 86325 DOM (days on market) continues to trend upward. Overall the DOM has increased by 17 day for the entire market.. With inventory coming down. the DOM may soon follow.
