If you want some elbow room, but still would like to be close to town, then the Northridge area might just be the perfect place for you. Lots are larger and there is plenty of privacy. Some of the lots are wooded, and there are open lots with great Grand Mesa and valley views.
Right now it's difficult to find a home in the Northridge Subdivision. There haven't been a lot of homes come on the market over the last year, and when they do...they sell fairly quickly.
Since last month's real estate market report, one new home has come on the market, and it's already under contract. It went under contract just 17 days after it came on the market.
Four homes have sold so far this year with an average selling price of $293,750.
The market is getting tighter in Delta County. The inventory is low and buyer activity is high. That means there is more competition for the available homes for sale. Let me help you in your property search. The first step is to arrange to have you notified when new listings come on the market. We will also review the existing homes on the market to see if there are any that might work for you. When you do find the right home, I can help you put together a competitive offer. It doesn't have to be a difficult process even in a competitive market. Contact me for more information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
