Hi Nancy -- Endre Barath, Jr. is too kind --- there were many critics who praised La La Land before I even saw it.  I hope you enjoy the movie -- lots of Los Angeles area spots and a great opening scene.  Not my favorite movie of the year but very good entertainment.   I wasn't aware that Emma Stone was from Scottsdale.

I've heard a lot of good things about the movie as well and I don't think it's wrong and take the two lead actors to be the ideal choice for their roles. Michael Jacobs
