In fact, when it comes to your property, there’s plenty of excellent ways to inspire potential buyers to see it for what it really is: their next dream home. To put it another way, it’s also important to think of the bigger picture for your buyers. And here’s how you can do that…

 

Leaving an Impression with Your SWFL Home

We’ve seen before how paying attention to things like the details can really make a difference. At the same time, you also want to think about the overall impression. Now, your home’s impression isn’t any one certain factor; it’s all the factors put together. Even better, it’s the feeling that you get when you first see your SWFL home and you first walk through the doorway.

 

Walking Through Your SWFL Home

With that in mind, one action that I suggest to all my sellers is to walk your home, just like a buyer would. Imagine if you were there for an open house. Take note of the home’s positive features, but also any less than positive features. This will give you a real insight into the bigger picture.

 

Considering How Quickly You’d like to Sell

Another part of the big picture is how fast you’d like to turnaround your property. For some of my clients, 30 days is a must. Still, for most people, they have a slightly longer timeline that might be a bit more flexible. But having an understanding of how quickly you’d like to move your home is essential to prioritizing many other aspects.

 

Writing Down Your Real Estate Goals

From downsizing to upsizing, everyone’s real estate goals are different. They can range from reinvesting part of the sale into a second property to going from the suburbs to a more rural area in SWFL. Yet, when you write down your own unique real estate goals, you start to see what matters most to you when you sell your home.
