The Annual St. George Area Parade of Homes showcases 28 newly constructed homes, introducing the newest styles, extraordinary upgrades and trends. The event is February 17th - 26th, 2017. Part of the draw is also the professional staging that breathes life and warmth into large, open spaces.
Of course, furniture should be house specific, larger furniture for a larger living space...smaller for a smaller living space. Most of these homes are for sale and showing a home in it's best light can emotionally draw in a buyer, accomplishing the sales goal in a short amount of time.
Another great payoff when advertising/marketing a home is bringing a pro-photographer in to take pictures and add 3-D technology. Every new home deserves to be shown at its finest and professionals know how to truly show off rich, vibrant tones, beautiful decor, ambiance lighting.
If possible, have the photographer to come back during evening hours to shoot and further play up the character and personality of the home. Professional staging with professional photos make a home a true stand out, creating those ooh and ahh moments at every turn.
The Annual St. George Area Parade of Homes draws a crowd of approximately 35,000+ and is the largest of its kind in the state of Utah. Last year Marie Osmond's home was on the parade route and was the most viewed, ever in the history of the event. It was beautifully furnished and photographed.
