My sellers called me after one of my past clients referred me to them. They’d had their home on the market and hadn’t sold their home with their previous Realtor®. We met and together reviewed the comparable sales and priced the home accordingly (far less than their original list price). Professional photos were taken and lights, camera action the home was presented on market!
Coming on right before Thanksgiving doesn’t always bring a flood of buyers but the right one made a contingent offer (houses do sell all year long).
