Hopefully you have received a market analysis of your unit .Your unit was compared to a unit of like size and square footage . We need to compare apples to apples . If you do not get cash remember you need to get an appraisal on the condo unit when it sells . Delaire Landing as well as other local condo communities are still recovering from the condo crash in 2009. There have been numerous foreclosures and short sales in this beautiful waterfront community . Anyone who has lived here for a long time remembers when the prices were much higher then they are now . Banks will want to see fair market value . Delaire Landing is not FHA approved . I did check and it is not on the VA approved list . Buyers will need a conventional loan . When buying you need an agent who knows the difference of each condo section and the value . It is wise to use a local agent
Delaire Landing is waterfront gated condo community . There is a guard on duty at the gate house twenty four hours a day . There is always something to do at the Community Center . There are trips planned ,card games , and fun fun fun - ask anyone who lives at Delaire Landing and they will tell you it is the place to live .
