How Many Ways Could a Truck, truck Food if a Food Truck Could Truck Food ?

Good morning, Sally K. & David L. Hanson I'm sure you'll be in the forefront on another successful venture by Matty.... no one promotes as well as you and David....

We have had them for like ever but for the past maybe 4 years it is a food truck jamboree! There are many locations that they all meet up at on say Tuesday evening, and it becomes an event! Quite fun and tasty too

Boston is loaded with food trucks but not so much in the suburbs, except the inevitable "roach coach" to feeds the construction crews at large construction sites.

Great!  I wonder if you can get him to drive it down to Stuart FL so we can enjoy some of this food we've been reading about for years.

Same here, we had only a couple and they are just starting to make a rise. I do love going to food truck festivals around New England though Sally K. & David L. Hanson 

Hello Sally K. & David  L. Hanson,  Food Trucks have come a long way in the last 30 years, now they are on lots of corners plus do lot of catering.

I hope you are paid a lot of money for all this free advertising you give that place!

Good morning, Sally and David -- of course, it's Matty's and of course, you're doing a great shout out for them.   The fun times never seem to stop when Matt Anderson is involved.

I never thought about food trucks in relation to catering - though of course they're necessary!

I thought of them as rolling restaurants. Our small town had one for a short time and the people working in the sawmills, the schools, and other businesses loved it.

Other businesses in town saw them as competition and thus a threat, so they convinced the city to put them out of business. (Big sigh.)

Sally and David sounds like Matt is leading the way and I am sure he will be very successful.

Agents are using food trucks at their open houses. I even attended a wedding reception with 6 food trucks. What a nice and fun way to serve whatever the guests have in mind.

Well of course Matty's would have a food truck! I'm not surprised!

I went to an informal wedding last summer down by the riverside.  There was a "no host" food truck which served the guests whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted it.  It was actually kind of cool. 

Ditto Doug Dawes. They are not as popular outside of the city. Catering by a food truck is certainly a novel and ambitious idea. Happy to hear they are getting good reviews.

In dowtown Oklahoma City we have a beer garden called Blue Gardens which is outdoor and packed in good weather. They have rotating food trucks which is great because you get introduced to the food, and they are doubling it this season.
