I recently posted this blog about customer service.
From some of the comments I realized I am not the only one who has run into companies with poor customer service.
Sharon Tara commented that someone once told her he came to her house. She has camera monitoring so she could tell he had not been there.
I think in my situation, the service representative had his own jobs that day which would yeild him more money. So later he told the home warranty company that came to the house "a little late". I'm guessing he did that so that he will not lose his relationship with them.
