Nice video Jackye.  I'll take a buyer out once without being qualified, just so they can meet me, and decide if I am a value to them.  At the first meeting I give the PreQual talk, and can recommend a few lenders if needed.  At that point, they need to get pre approved at a minimum.

Hi Jim, Thanks for stopping by.  You can certainly spin your wheels with unqualified buyers. The 3 important things to me is their motivation, pre-qualification and my safety in homes with strangers.
