What you do after a networking event is just as important as what you do during the event. Find out with Tip #4 of my 5 part series on Making The Most Of Your Networking Experience.

Welcome back to another Motivational Minute. Here is tip #4; follow up with everybody you met at the networking event within a few hours of the event. By now you have probably collected a lot of cards and made some notes on the back. When you get home go one by one and craft an email, reference some things you spoke about, set a phone about, or another face-to-face.

This sends a message that you care and value the relationship. People will most likely want to do business with you because of this small touch.

If you missed tips 1, 2, 3, head over to my Facebook page - Above and Beyond Marketing Strategies. Stay tuned next week for my 5th and final tip on Making The Most Of Your Networking Experience!

Good morning Christopher Pagli ,

Great tip after a networking event! I try and take time right after an event but sometimes it's the next day. I know it's more powerful to take the time immediately ...will have to work on that!

Networking is just building relationships by showing up and caring. And usually it takes time to get to know each other and find the way of how we can serve those people.
