When a market is HOT like ours, everyone wants to know your secret when things go well. Here in the Manchester NH Area, there is a shortage of homes for sale in some areas. Sales are steady and strong. The HOWEVER is that all homes are not selling so quick. Some stay on the market for months. This is my entry into the Active Rain "Hot Market Strategies- An ActiveRain Contest "

 

 

Every where I go people want to know how the real estate market is. They want to know where i found that great home for my last buyer. They want to know how i sold that home in days, when it was for sale for 6 months?

 

 

The SECRET to doing well in Real Estate is Experience. Then mix that with knowledge of values, the economy, market forces, trends, media hype, politics and the ability to adapt quickly when the he market changes direction.

 

I have been selling real estate for 31 years. I have seen up turns, down turns and recessions. I have learned patience and survivor skills. I also know that the largest part of success is loving what you do and offering the best possible service to your clients. Lastly, it is caring. You have to care about your clients and the outcome of their purchase or sale.

 

THE SECRET OF SUCCESS and the key to having a successful purchase of sale, can increase simply by choosing a better agent. The secret is, that All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. I leave you with now infamous philosophy, which is simple, to provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process.

I think making certain homebuyers are are market ready with pre-approval letters, and are solidly ready to act when they find a home they like. Professional representation is also key!

That is so true Nina Hollander . I was with a new buyer tonight and my phone must have buzzed 15 times. She was so happy i spend a couple of hours with her and didnt interupt her once to take those calls. I was able to see messages on the voice to text though and the only emergency i texted for someone to help them.
