The Corpus Christi Texas Housing Market is still doing well, compared from April 2016 to April 2017. The median home price is $178,925 which is down .06% compared to April 2016.
Active listings are up 18.2% with 1,778 active listings/homes for sale in Corpus Christi TX on the market in April 2017. This is good for buyers with the median price being down, and number of listings being up. This means there is more to choose from than the same time last year.
Closed sales are down 8.6% compared to April 2016. There were 307 closed sales in Corpus Christi, Texas in April 2017.
Days on the market is less this year compared with last year with 70 days on the market, 39 days to close with a total days on the market of 109. This is 5 days less than April 2016.
There is currently 6 months of inventory of Homes for sale in Corpus Christi Texas compared to 4.9 months of inventory on the market in April 2016.
