Dick Greenberg sponsored a photography contest for May . Yes I know it is June . I have good news .The contest was extended . This has given me the opportunity to submit my entry to the contest of Before and After . In our MLS we are not allowed to have a signature on the photo we submit to the multiple listing service . They will either black it out or they remove it . They also do not allow a photo with a picture of a Real Estate for sale sign in it . It will automatically be removed with a letter to the broker of record and warning not to do it again .
When I am using my photos in a blog usually do put a signature on them but not all the time .
Here is a Picture I took of the outside of a condo building.
Before Picture
I wanted to show the sign . So you could read the words on the sign better . I used my favorite photo editor which is free . It is called iPiccy . I downloaded the picture . Then I cropped the picture . I did need to crop it twice before I receive the desired effect and hit apply . Then I scrolledt down to sharpen . Once I was happy with the way it looked I again hit apply . When using the picture for a blog I use a frame . When using for the MLS I skip this step . Go to the far left pick frame When I am done editing I save the photo . Here is the finished picture . What magic we make when we take the time to use our tools
