There is money to be made out there and a few people are doing pretty well. In fact, one of every 24 people in this country, 4.2% of the population, have an adjusted gross income of more than $200,000. I guess most of us will have to work a little harder to catch up with them. So any of you out there you are investors of residential, multi-family or commercial properties please give me a call.
