With its proximity to downtown Oswego, IL and easy access to Rt. 71/Orchard Rd. plus Plainfield Rd access to I-55 - Lakeview Estates & Lakeview Estates West are popular subdivisions for new home buyers. Along with several parks, bike paths leading to Grove Road and downtown Oswego plus close proximity to schools its easy to see why those that are familiar with Oswego have choosen this subdivision to move to.
Year-to-date there have been 7 sold homes with 2 of those being foreclosures. There are currently 4 homes in pending/contingent status and no available homes for sale. With continued low inventory the few homes that have come on the market went under contract quickly. Prices ranged from $174,814 for a foreclosed 4 BR to $245K for a 4 BR 2.1 Bath 2 story. Current list prices for those home pending range from $259,000 to $264,500 for a 2 Story 3/4 Bedrooms 2.1 bath.
