Addison Pacesetters (Addison, Texas residents 50+ years of age) participated in a tour of Dallas's "hidden gems" in and around the city.  On September 13, 2017, a few dozen Pacesetters boarded a tour bus, not knowing where we were headed. Only the tour leader - Jeanine, from Dallas By Chocolate,  had the itinerary. Even our Pacesetter coordinator, Deena Israel, didn't know where we were headed.

After the first stopsecond stopthird stop, and fourth stop, we got to eat again! But first ....

 Clyde Barrow house

No, we didn't eat here. Just down the street from Trumpo Tacos, we passed the house where Clyde Barrow (of Bonnie & Clyde fame) grew up - 1221 Singleton, Dallas. His father had a gas station out front.

Our bus turned around across the street from the house and we were headed for ......... pizza!  And ...... ice cream!!

Cibo Divino Cibo Divino

The delicious 3-topping pizza at CiboDivino was devine-o! Located at 1868 Sylvan Avenue, Suite D-100, this combination market and cafe had an uptown feel and great food. Then, just across the parking lot, we strolled over for dessert.

Betty Ringer Ice Cream Betty Ringer Ice Cream Betty Ringer Ice Cream

Betty and Ringer are the names of the owner's dogs. But it's only puppy love everyone expressed for the ice cream. There were also chocolate chip cookies, still warm from the oven, but I ate mine before snapping a photo.

Our bellies full, we boarded the bus once more. Onward to the final stop of the evening.
