Throwback Thursday: Who Remembers Gidget?

If I had stayed growing up in Washington, I probably would not have heard of Gidget. But being a California kid, I do remember. Thanks for the throwback!

Jeff- not only am I old enough but had the biggest crush on MoonDoggie aka James Darren!  I'm humming that song he sang. 

I know the Sally Field version, but what a fun museum!  

I don't really remember get it all that well but it's nice to see how fond remembrance can be pretty cool!

Yes, I do remember Gidget and of course, Sally Fields. I need surfed but loved to watch others.

Jeff, I'm "sorry" to say I do remember Gidget... it really dates me as I also remember Sandra Dee and not just Sally Fields.

As a teenager I had the hots for Saundra Dee. But then again as a teenager I had the hots for more than her.

I remember.  This was a favorite of mine when I was young and living in Cali.
