There were actually more buyers than realtors and one made a verbal offer...so those who think open houses are bunk....probably are still out there complaining how bad the market is!
Debra sure did put on a first class event and it was great to see actual buyers come thru. I agree, about those that think any form of an open house doesn't work, should think twice!
By the way...the chocolate cake was great!
