A good time to work on our homes in Kentlands

 

We have the benefit of very nice autumn weather in Gaithersburg, Maryland and is a very good time to take care of any fall maintenance items that our homes may need. 

Our power washing is complete, new light fixtures have been installed in our powder room and master bathroom, carpentry work is in progress and other work, including painting, is to be done. We are using a local North Potomac contractor. David Bunai, 301-648-2661, MHIC 50728, does good quality work.

Election Day - November 7election
Cast your ballot for Mayor and two City Council Members on Tuesday, November 7
 
. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Click here for poll locations and candidate information. Preliminary results will be announced the night of the election (approximately 9 p.m.). The Gaithersburg Board of Supervisors of Elections will meet on November 8 to certify the results. Official results will be released November 9.
