What you are seeing here is the new French Laundry Kitchen, which was added to the original French Laundry building. The original building is on the national registry of historic buildings, Instead a new 5000 square foot building was added to accommodate a new kitchen.
For those of you who are not foodies, the French Laundry is located in Yountville, California. Yountville is a charming quaint village in the Napa Valley. The French Laundry was recently awarded 3 Michelin Stars (rightly so in our humble opinion) for its culinary excellence. We dined there a week and a half ago, and it was one of the best meals we have had in our Foodie life.
It was an education in attention to detail and the unrelenting pursuit of perfection by the cheff and staff, the presentation, and the amazing dedication of those who work there. We learned so much from our amazing experience. (Those little tubes you see above were filled with avocado cream, and the ends dipped in pistachio crumbs.)
We will be writing a series of posts, called Lessons from the French Laundry in the next few weeks. These tips are applicable to all real estate marketing, because ultimately it is all about service, which is not limited to luxury. In our opinion, every one should treat their clients and everyone else luxuriously.
