Tax Reform Issues Linger

We still find ourselves in the agonizing window between tax reform and the lack of it.  The House has passed its version while the Senate' version continues to be somewhat shrouded.  Building permits rose 5.9% in October while housing starts gained a robust 13.7%.  The 1.29 million housing starts in October represented a one year high.  The 10 year Treasury remained in a tight range as the Dow lost 100 points on the day.
