We took this photo in North Key Largo, Florida, last week. It was right next to the door into the hotel where we were staying. We thought it was a charming decoration for the Christmas holiday.

At the Harbourside shops in Jupiter by our home there they have a letter to santa mailbox with "elves" helping kids write the letters. I have a picture of a young girl just beaming. I'm thinking about believing again.

Hi Ron and Alexandra- I used to call my nieces and our friend's younger daughters and pretend I was Santa Claus. I have no idea why I thought they'd believe it, especially since when I tried to do it everything came out with a Texas accent!
