Walking distance from the Haven Realty & Investments world headquarters in Downtown Winter Haven is a gem of a local restaurant called Nutwood. It's a small farm to table restaurant located at 132 Avenue B South West Winter Haven, FL 33880. It's less than 1000' from my office on 3rd Street.
There is nice outdoor patio seating, as well as 3 rooms of tables inside.
I met a friend here for lunch the other day and it certainly made the list of places to take Winter Haven Home Sellers and Buyers.
