This week there were 6 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 14 closings overall to include all properties. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 87 compared to last weeks 158 days (nearly twice as fast). Over all homes sold incredibly faster and for more money per square foot this week.

Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 6 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $406,300. and it was on the market for 87 days. The least expensive home sold for $204,000. and it was on the market for 29 days. Average days on market for the 6 homes sold was 87 days. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $121.98 (compared to $114.42 last week)
