What Does A Decline In Population Mean For Sellers?

A loss in population is not good for Sellers in any market.

According to the latest US Census Western ND lost 1.7% of it's population. Ward county lost 1,200 people. This is NOT good news for home Sellers at this time. My advice is a bitter pill to swallow but if you want to sell your home it has to be followed.

I had just seen the census info and PA grew by 1.4%, had wondered how to use that info for a post. Like your idea and the video is a good way to show consumers how it will affect them and overcome the obstacle.

Good morning Bob - that is a bitter pill but decisions have to be made if you wish to sell.

I was eager to try out my new backdrop Nick & Trudy Vandekar, 610-203-4543 and I thought this would be a good opportunity. It sounds like our missing population went to PA .

It is a tough situation for those who moved here during our oil boom Grant Schneider as they paid top dollar during the peak and that train is now far down the track.

HI Bob... thankfully, this is not an issue in the Charlotte region which is growing by amazing numbers.

We are still way up from where we were just a few years ago Nina Hollander and our decline is directly tied  to the slow down in our oil field. With oil prices slowly crawling back up so is employment here in Western ND. I'm still betting that ND will return to being a growing State.

Morning again Bob.

Our area grew by 5.4%, I guess that's why it hasn't hit our area.  Hearing about your winters I can understand why...

Our winters are for people who enjoy some degree of solitude James Dray .  I think those months of solitude also lead to very friendly neighbors in the warmer months... everyone is eager to get out and greet each other.
