In honor of their 90th Anniversary, Drees is offering a lower level rec room and a half bath for ONLY $90. You got that right. Not $9000, not $900, but $90. That's the cheapest per square foot of living space you could ever hope to find!
Now there are three major conditions:
1. This offer is good on single family homes and patio homes build to order. In other words, you can't add a finished lower level to a move-in ready home with an unfinished basement. Made to order is the only way to get this deal.
2. You have to finance through Drees' subsidiary First Equity Mortgage. Rates with First Equity are typically competitive with other lenders.
3. This is a limited time offer. Barring some extension, you MUST get under contract in April 2018 and the contract must be non-contingent.
The offer applies to Drees communities in Ohio AND Northern Kentucky.
