This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.1 percent, new homes are down 1.4 percent and resale condos are up 6.5 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 3.0 percent, down 6.0 percent on condos and up 31.4 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 2.0 percent and the sales volume is down 28.6 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 9.7 percent and the sales volume is down 7.4 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.0 percent and the sales volume is down 18.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 14.6 and the sales volume is down 21.5 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 22.3 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 5.5 percent and the sales volume down 7.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 12.7 percent and the sales volume is up 2.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 9.7 percent and the sales volume is up 20.8 percent.
This is a big turn from the last report to the positive. The market has shifted back and seems to be running positive.
