QUALITY OF LIFE
Highland Village is a City where you don't have to STOP to smell the flowers, you can SEE and appreciate many varieties when driving, jogging, walking, or riding a bicycle.
I selected four flowers that attract birds and butterflies. Living in harmony with nature is the ideal place to call home. These flowers are good for the environment and people too!
Living in Highland Village means that your north and eastern borders is Lake Lewisville. This is a real treat for people who are attracted to water. Lake Lewisville is a large rservoir on the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. There are many trails that takes you to the lakes.
The flowers I chose are actually large. The black bird is much larger! You can hear them at night. They sound like monkeys in the tree. Every year Highland Village has a Hot Air Balloon Festival. There are many concerts too.
COOL KIDS
Because the climate is warm, kids play outdoors often. There are many organized groups. When it gets too hot, the Cool Kids love to read in libraries or hang out in front of Barnes & Noble at the Shops of Highland Village. Across from Barnes & Noble is the AMC Theater where Cool Kids feel cool watching their favorite movies. Highland Village also has the beautiful Doubletree Ranch with a slip and slide water feature and plenty of room to run around and simply be Cool Kids. Kids who live in homes with an HOA has a Community Pool and many other amenities. There are lakes, shaded trails, and many water features, enough for everyone to cool off and simply enjoy life being a timeless Cool Kid. Winter is the shortest season, so kids stay Cool year round!
Highland Village is a great place to plant your roots and call home. For more information, please contact me.
