The Cape at Calavera Hills is a modest-sized residential neighborhood located in northeast Carlsbad in the Carlsbad Unified School District.

The Cape at Calavera Hills has 230 town homes, mostly 2-story, built in the early 1980s, and many homes are on small cul-de-sacs. Homes are in clusters of 2, 3, and 4 homes, with private yards and 2-car garages.
Homeowners pay Home Owner Association (HOA) dues but there are no Mello Roos fees.
MARKET UPDATE as of MAY 19, 2018
