May 31st Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed down 3 basis points today at 102.09 having come to rest 32 basis points below the 100 day.  The 30 year was available at 4.625% day.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling!  The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.375%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
