Showing Appreciation to 'The Other Side'.

There's always a different account to a story, another point of view or other side in a sales transaction. Showing appreciation goes much further than lip service, in my opinion and I enjoy going a step beyond.

A drama-free transaction with another agent deserves to be rewarded. So, in an effort to show thanks, I ordered his favorite Veyo Pies, which is Coconut Cream and delivered it to the brokerage office.

I simply could have called (which I also did) but felt it necessary to go a step further. His text message made me smile BIG knowing I hit a sweet spot with the gesture! Let them eat pie. Veyo Pies, my oh my!
