July 3rd Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 19 basis points today at 101.97 having remained above support offered by the 10, 25 and 50 day moving averages and come to rest 1 basis point below the 100 day average.  The 30 year was available at 4.625% day.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling!  The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.50%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
