July 10th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed down 3 basis points today at 101.91 having remained below support offered by the 100 day moving average and come to rest 6 basis points below it.  The 30 year was available at 4.625% day.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling!  The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.50%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
