Buying a new construction home is a complex process and you want to work with a Realtor ® that understands negotiating on a new construction home and the building process. I’ve a good list of independent inspectors for my buyers to inspect their home before sheet rock and before the final walk though. It’s always good to have another set of eyes and Taylor Morrison doesn’t mind because they build a quality home and the list is usually short, but better safe than sorry!
