I am an Oklahoma City real estate investment specialist and this is my introduction to a 13 part series on all the aspects of investing. Much of it involves Oklahoma City but issues like what kind of insurance do I need as a landlord pertains to many markets. I have been off YouTube for quite some time do to the volume of business we have had this year and we have been playing catch up with personnel but I am glad I am back to creating videos. I hope you enjoy it and anything I leave out that you would be interested in hearing about i will be glad to add to the series.

Hi Joe Pryor - I finally got to see the first video in the series! You do a fantastic job moving through the material. Your back drop is perfect. My brother-in-law was the founding partner of Sperry VanNess (no longer affiliated) so I have been around commercial and investment real estate for many decades. I started out a millenial ago doing property management.
