If you are the type of person who got a list of things you have to do and would want to accomplish it ahead of time then we are talking about your productivity. You might often feel like you could grow even better as a person exponentially faster if you only had more time. As someone who got tons of things to do you can relate with this – you will learn that while you cannot literally stretch time you can get more of your work done. In some cases adding a tool to your collection of ways can be very much helpful. Even more important though is your ability to shift your mindset and daily habits to achieve the day’s goal. Every individual is looking to save time and money, and no one is more eager to increase productivity than those people who really want to get the job done.

Here are ways on how you can increase productivity at work.
1. Set and acknowledge your little goals for the day
You may have a glittering, cloud level vision for new ways and process you want to put in place at work, but you have to get down to the lowest level to make your vision real. Give yourself micro-goals and reinforce the drive of yourself for hitting those goals, over and over again throughout the day. The motivation you acquire from achieving your micro-goals will give you the power at satisfaction for yourself.

2. Every single day, ask yourself “What would be the better way to do this?”
Every time you feel frustrated with the process at home or at work, make a note of it. There will always be constant opportunities around you, but you often disregard them. Don’t hesitate to change little things in your routine, and to stay open to process innovations that come into your awareness from any sources available.

3. Take breaks when you need to
Don’t force yourself to work on something that is sucking your energy away just because you are hesitant and afraid that someone will judge you for taking breaks. If you are being judged for listening to your own body, you are working for the wrong people. Taking breaks will help you achieve you goals.

4. Every night evaluate how you day went
Replay you conversations, meetings, email conversations and feelings from the minute you woke up to the next day. You have to focus on your body, think of the conversation, events that brought your feelings down. There are powerful hints in your body’s reactions to what is happening every day.

The most important of them all is to keep your vision in mind, you have to know what your job gives you beyond a paycheck, and stay tuned in to whether you job is giving you as much back as you are putting into it. you have to know what kind of job that would really make you fulfilled, whether it is your current organization or somewhere far from it.
