revengeWhile posting on Active Rain this morning I got the dreaded "This page is unavailable" message. I assumed the site was under heavy load and that I got kicked off... not so.

I called my IP and they couldn't trace down the problem so they sent someone right over (with-in the hour any way).

I was bummed, almost into instant AR withdrawal was setting in.

Then someone walked into the office... I had forgot that I set up a radio interview. No problem, I don't need the internet for that. 

Then the IP guy showed up. Bigger problem then expected, needed time to figure it out.

Then the Mayor of Minot showed up for an interview... oops... I forgot he was coming... no problem, all the equipment was already set up.

Then the radio station called and needed me in the office. No problem, the IP guy found the problem out side the house and had fixed it.

Maybe tomorrow will be normal... maybe.

At least you got the problem fixed, I am at such a loss when my internet is not working properly.

You got that right James Dray . I've got 3 part time jobs that have all turned into full time jobs (none of which pay me any money ).

Wayne Martin I was calm yesterday but this morning I had a 1 hour visit with healthcare .gov and my blood is boiling!

Today is the day I need some seditives Barbara Todaro after getting off the phone with a government poliy wonk. After an hour of IRS type of questioning regarding my health insurance he said he couldn't help me.

Is it just me, or are "normal" days on the decline?  Tomorrow, we are expecting heavy rains in Sacramento.  I have a stack of firewood on the back step, and a couple good movies to shove into the DVD.  I'm hoping it is a quiet, "normal" day.

The worst thing that happens too often on AR is being in the middle of a long post and then losing it by clicking the wrong key!!! acckkkk.  I like the cartoon.  It exactly colors the mindset.
