The latest numbers are in for November and the real estate market remains fairly strong in the SouthPark area.
SouthPark continues in a strong sellers market, demonstrating that our community remains a top choice for relocation clients who are moving to the area. Inventory has increased but, sales continue at a strong, steady pace.

The inventory remains low with a 3.2 month supply, a strong sellers market.
New listings during the month of November were 81, up 55.8% year-over-year.
There are currently 347 homes on the market.
Average sales price during the month of November surpassed the $500K mark at $500,117. *April 2004 and April 2018 are the only two months that have ever exceeded $500,000.
Average price per square foot during the month of November was $184.
List-to-sales price is at 96.2% in the SouthPark area.
There were 99 Closed homes in SouthPark during the month of November.
Average days on the market have increased slightly to 47 in SouthPark.
