Corona del Mar Home Values 1/6/2018
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.7 percent, new homes are up 5.3 percent and resale condos are up 2.3 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 10.4 percent, down 15.5 percent on condos and up 4.6 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 21.6 percent and the sales volume is up 10.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 0.0 percent and the sales volume is down 35.6 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.0 percent and the sales volume is down 5.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 11.4 and the sales volume is down 13.2 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 15.9 percent and the sales volume is down 22.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 14.3 percent and the sales volume down 48.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 10.3 percent and the sales volume is up 2.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.6 percent and the sales volume is down 25.0 percent.
Once again I wish you a happy New Year. I see that the volume is low but the numbers are a bit better in volume compared to the last week. So over the next month we will get a feel of where the market trends are heading.
