January 22nd Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 6 basis points today at 101.72 having closed 39 points above support offered by the 200 day moving average.  The conforming rate is at 4.625% day. My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.50%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
