I do get referrals and in this business--your reputation is everything!  It does amaze me, though how some agents have a terrible reputation with other agents but somehow continue to get more sellers and buyers.  Agents are customers too!

People especially high net worth clients expect higher and higher levels of service. But it also needs a human face and soul to it or else we could all just be replaced by robots over time. It is a challenge to continously excel and be there for your cleints, providing them with those levels of service.
