Happy Spring Equinox 2019 in Denver

Today is another sunny day in Denver, it looks like Spring could be rearing its head.  The large piles of snow that were shoveled into corners during our bomb cyclone blizzard last week seem all but melted.  Those pesky piles that are in constant shade even seem to be turning into small pools of water.  It’s getting darker later and it seems like it is a bit warmer when you wake up.  Spring ushers in the turning of the Denver property management rental season.  The last weeks of winter thaw and then everything kicks into high gear.  These observations could also be because today is the spring equinox for 2019.  The spring equinox is the precise moment the sun’s rays shine directly on the equator and it occurs tonight at 3:58pm.  The spring equinox is one of two days in the year, the autumnal equinox in September being the second, were there is exactly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness almost everywhere on earth.  Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.  To celebrate the Sun crossing the celestial equator from south to north many people have local Equinox parties.  Many others simply celebrate the fact that consistently warm weather is about to greet us.  Some are excited and anxious to be done with winter, since we have had a pretty good one this past year.  Multiple snow storms one after another, multiple days of grey and darkness amongst many insane powder days on the ski slopes and the mountains getting pummeled with snow with regularity.  There were even a couple avalanches that made it to I-70, which is a hair-raising sight to see to say the least.  In any case, we at Blue Olive Properties are ready to commit the best Denver property management service we can, that follows from our winter months, will go headfirst into spring and summer and not stop until well after fall.  We are looking forward to getting to know our new clients and hopefully arranging some time to speak with our old clients as well.
