One of south Charlottes area's most popular neighborhoods is Ardrey Crest, located just off of Wade Ardrey Road between Ardrey Kell and Marvin Roads, nestled between Ballantyne and Blakeney.
Built by Lennar Homes, Saussy Burbank, and MI Homes between 2007 and 2014, the Ardrey Crest subdivision features primarily 2-story homes with 3-5 bedrooms with either 2.5 or 3.5 bathrooms and 2-car garages. Homes average 2,600-2,800 square feet. Known for it's Charleston-style architecture, many of the homes in Ardrey Crest feature rocking chair front porches and/or second floor balconies.
